Rude, unhelpful attendents wouldn't let us, paying guests, use the restroom because they were closing soon. We'll find a better place to stop next time.

We arrived at 7:30 on Saturday evening 8/17, filled our vehicle (paid at the pump) then my husband entered the store to use the restroom with our 5 year old grandson. The attendant told my husband the bathrooms were closed and to go to Subway. Appalled by this, I took my grandson back onto the store and demanded to use the restroom. The attendant had no desire to let the little guy use the toilet despite us being on the road to Omaha. Her explanation: I'm off at 9, we close at 8 and I'm starting my cleaning now. I told her that he could pee himself right there and she let us use the restroom "this time". You've lost a customer and tainted an otherwise memorable road trip for this family.
By reading your Google reviews, it looks like this is not the first time. maybe losing a $40 sale is nothing compared to a $400 semi driver's fill. Better choices are needed in this woman's decisions which impact your business.

I'm a truck driver. Was going to stop for the night. Needed to use the restroom and they close at 8pm. They had 6 other customers and another truck driver pull in he was going in when i told him they was closed. They will never get my business.

One of my favorite places to stop for fuel and clean restrooms. Unfortunately I never seem to get there when there is hot food available. Kind of odd, sometimes there’s hot items available and most of the time it’s empty. In their defense, 4:30pm is an odd time to have dinner but Its happened at other times of day too.

As Kassy M Lagneau had stated, there was an older lady behind the counter who was rude - she kept looking at my family and I as if we were some type of spectacle (There is literally nothing special about us too ?) and she was gossiping with other costumers about us, which really irked me and she just overall seemed really rude and chatty, so in the most respectful way, I hope she sees this review and reflects on her demeanor, and if I come back here (because maybe we have to on the way?) I won’t hesitate to call this women out as she should know and do better, also, for reference, I am under 18 and she is over at least 60, which should really be embarrassing on her part ?

I recently had a bad experience at this gas station. I attempted to use Apple Pay, but the old lady behind the counter was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting with the issue, she made the situation much worse. I hope the management addresses customer service expectations to her since she clearly has no customer service skills.

My dad and I stopped here to get gas. We also met up with my uncle. They both ordered tasty chocolate shakes and I got the jalapeño bites with ranch sauce. We all liked our items. The cashier lady was nice. The store looked clean on the inside and had some tables to sit inside. It's a hot-spot as almost all tables were being used. Appears to be many item selections for food and snacks. Nice place to return to if passing through again!

Best priced diesel south of York that I came across...then, by chance, decided to go in and order a double burger and fries. Cooked fresh, great choice. Definitely a worthwhile stop.Plenty of room for my truck and camper.
