I love this storage facility...it's of great value to the city of Hastings Nebraska and very clean and safe....so if you need to store some valuable stuff this is the place I recommend !

Worst storage place in Hastings every single unit floods when it rains. The manager Shawn and his wife are theives. They will cut your lock even if your paid ahead then sell your stuff on eBay.

If you value your belongings and the things you purchase, do not, I repeat, DO. NOT. store them here. I rented a unit through Stuff It Storage because they didn't cost me an arm and a leg for a decent size unit and I was in a hurry and a bind. Everything was fine until I get a text message one morning from the property manager saying my unit may have been broken into and there was a hole cut in the wall I immediately go and check and everything is fine, in fact there's not even a hole, so I tell the manager that (he wasnt there when I got there neither was the officer he filed the report to. I was called AFTER he left) . A week later I get another text saying again my unit has been broken into, I go down and look and the property manager was actually there this time and low and behold my unit had actually been gone through and a nice giant hole was cut in the wall. I couldn't tell if anything was missing so I arranged everything and asked if it was cool if my dad fixed the hole, the manager said he was going to the next morning but that we could if we wanted to, we ultimately couldn't fix it so we left, I checked 2 days later and it wasn't fixed. He never went and fixed it, the unit next to mine was vacant with no lock, leaving mine totally vulnerable to whoever wanted in, I moved out of that unit and to a different company on the 30th of April and the hole was still unfixed. Don't rent from here, you'll never know if your things are actually safe.

A lot of damage was done to my property and the owner broke in and stole things and left it open for people to take water damage lots of mice Shady owner

Waiting for over a year to get our deposit back. The gentleman who managed it claimed he has requested it, then didn't know who I was. Poor communication, no call backs as promised....still waiting....
