Scott & Stacey have been excellent the entire time I've had my insurance through them. They are fantastic with communication and are quick to answer any questions you may have. I was introduced to this office through Stacey who was a customer at our shop. She’s sharp as a tac, so when it came time to buy a home in the area, she helped to tailor a plan for both my home and vehicle! Since I was a long time customer of another company, she even provided me with some discounts for my loyalty that beat my old rates! Top notch all the way!!Stopping by their office is a treat as well. Lora Norlen might be the calmest person I’ve met in some time. She greets you with a smile and sets a good vibe for the visit before even knowing why you are there.After setting up the plan, Lora reached out to set up some time for me to meet and chat with her husband Scott. Since it is his agency, he wanted to take the time to get to know me as a person too! We chatted for over an hour and I couldn’t have been made to feel more comfortable when we were done.Great team, awesome people. Very happy with my choice to work with them all.

Went in looking to change insurance and get some quotes. Stacey got back to me around closing with quotes and said if I have questions I could call her. I did and we ended up talking on the phone for about an hour past closing time, she answered every question I had. She got me the best fitting insurance for my needs. Shout out to Stacey for going way beyond my expectations.
