Just went through Paradise car wash and use my credit card and use the best wash for $12 pulled inside and my car did not get washed. I was trapped inside while it run around my car and did nothing. There is no number that you can contact to get your money back. Please let me know if there’s a way I can get my $12 back.

Paid with credit card and waited 15 minutes for the door to open and never did. Called the number listed and the voicemail was full and couldn’t try to get my refund

Paid for a car wash with a credit card, but the garage door did not open to allow me in the wash. Tried calling the phone number listed and the voicemail box is full so unable to visit about getting a refund or reporting the issue.

If I could give you a zero star I would. I have never had a bad experience with you guys but about an hour ago I used your guys's car wash I got stuck in the building with my car. After about 25 mins I got out. I feel like I need a refund. Also I will not be using your guys's car wash anymore you lost me as a customer.

I tried Paradise Car Wash for the first time the other day. It's a touchless car wash which is the only kind I will use. I bought the Better Wash and my car is the cleanest it has been since moving to the midwest, it looks beautiful! I paid twice the price a few months ago at another car wash and the Paradise wash looks better!

Best spot free wash ANYWHERE! We are always looking for a decent spot free wash, travel a lot (we are not from Hastings) and this is the strongest and cleanest touch free we've experienced! Recommended!
