Nice employees but prices are raised continuously. Not sure where the nice donations go that I used to find - probably online. I used to love going to this Goodwill, but it is very disappointing now. I hope all the profits actually go to help people with disabilities, and not to some overpaid CEO.

Insanely overpriced in terms of the clothes and shoes and some other items. This is supposed to be a thrift store…I went there for a salad spinner. The one I wanted didn’t have a price tag, but the two next to it had a $2 tag and a $3 tag. I asked an employee and she took the $3 one and the untagged one both to her manager, who said the $3 was actually underpriced and changed both of them to $4.99 instead. Of course he did, knowing I was going to buy one.I saw flip flops for $5.99 that are only $1 at Walmart. Seems cruel to keep jacking up prices here when historically this is supposed to be a thrift store where poorer folk can shop.I’ll say the employees are nice and the store was clean at least. It’s the prices that are unacceptable.

A bit unorganized but not terribly bad. I wish they would have donations that were considerably nicer & less stained or ruined. It seems as though their quality of merchandise they choose to put out on the racks is going down BUT the prices keep going up.

Store is pleasantly clean, uncrowded, well organized, clean, and not smelly. Kudos to this store crew.

The store is clean and well organized. The only staff member working was busy but extremely helpful and prompt with that assistance.

The Goodwill store here in Hastings was nice and clean today. The young lady running it was very kind and nice. Bottom line is it is way too expensive. I used to go in there daily now I go once every 6 months. And they don't have the 50% off tag sales so that you could spend extra time and save some money. Walmart has been having some $1 $2 and $3 sales. All the women's clothes I picked up at Goodwill today was either $5.19 to $7.99.It used to be at Goodwill you couldn't find a cart to use now there's only one or two people in the store at a time. I have called the head office and let them know prices being too high.

They use to have a variety of clothes in any fashion or style. Now it seems like only put out stuff only my great great gma would like.Plus the prices. Little high.Would recommend crossroads instead

I used to shop here years ago, ever since this "new" stuff started filling the stores prices have gone higher than Walmart. I've stopped going because of this and the fact can't find anything.
