In May of 2024 I came into Business World to do a last minute print job that needed to bound into an extremely important presentation binder. I was presenting to the City Council Board of leaders and the Mayor of my city so the pressure was on. I was amazed at the Solution Cassie provided for me, and she cranked it out ahead of schedule!! I am going to go through Business World for ALL of my business needs in multiple areas since they offer so many solutions. I am SO excited to have such a great partner in business that is so efficient at fulfillment.

I went in for medical scrubs. Lots of different brands and selections. I could order more scrubs because they were out and only had one my size. They do have a fitting room. Prices range from $8 and up. Some scrubs are discounted.

Had some hats made there. Employee took it upon themselves to do work on their personal computer. Wanted the pdf files and they deleted them.

I always get instant service when I go into Business World. The staff is very friendly, and they really do have good prices on stuff. I went in for a quote on have some workbooks put together, and their price was at least half that of the competition. The person at the other store just handed me a sign so I could figure it out myself, but Sue at BWP took the time to talk it over with me and find out what I really wanted.

Their all about customer service and go out of their way to help. Especially in delicate situations. They called the competition to see if they had the right size and color ink pad before sending them over. (The death of a beloved pet and the person wanted a paw print for rememberance)

Downtown business, not open in the evenings. Street parking only, may be difficult to find a place to park. Does have two levels but unsure if they have an elevator for handicapped accessibility. Do offer deliveries to businesses. Nice selection of office furniture.
