Jaime is awesome. She helped me carry my drinks to my car. Which being winter and icy was much appropriated.Also, I don't know who's idea it was to put that sliding door in. But they should be fired. It's horrible. Half the time I go there a clerk is trying to clean out the track so It will shut. Otherwise I would give this a 5 star review.

The prices they have posted on cooler doors don't match the register prices, tried to overcharge me by $2 on a 6 pack of Keystone Light

One of only two stores of any kind to still be open 24-hours in Hastings. The cops who would gather in the parking lot in the early morning (~2-3AM) pre-pandemic are no longer present for some reason. Take that how you will.I've never encountered a rude employee at any time of day or night in the 10+ years I've been going there.

Stopped in for coffee on my way to work this morning, didn't have any. Was told by the attendant that they don't brew coffee until 3. It was 3:05. Then proceeded to tell me I could push the brew button, but the filters were still on top of the machines, empty. Maybe if she wasn't so interested in making plans for the weekend with the guy hanging out at the counter, she could stay on schedule.

I walk in and the manager is talking trash openly about her employees but I think if she’s doing that the employees probably hate her too. The 3rd shift girl was working by herself during all of this. Very unprofessional and it’s giving favoritism. How you running third shift with one person???

I use to think this place had terrible customer service. I had experienced a few time how terrible it was in the past. I’m a night owl and this is the only place open late at night on this side of town the only reason I change the way I feel about this place is because of one employee that works nights she is very kind and remembers details of her regular customers! Every SINGLE time I see her she is asking me questions about my paintings I’m unsure if her name I will find out and add in on a later time. She is the only reason I still go to this gas station and there needs to be more employees hired like her!!
