Hello Amy and staff at Bob Sass Flowers & Gifts. I just wanted to let you know how extraordinarily beautiful the flowers were for a dear friend’s Celebration of Life service yesterday. I expected them to be and yet my breath caught as I viewed the vivid fall colors that were used and the details in the arrangements. I have a rose with me and it is extra-ordinary in coloring.She was one of my best friends. Thank you for taking so much time and care in serving those who are hurting. May you be blessed as you have been a blessing to all the family and all the friends of my dear friend. You made a difference this day.

We wanted to thank Bob Sass Flowers for the beautiful flowers that was sent recently for an employee's mother's services (9/7/23). Since we are in Georgia, we called and asked if they could make a nice arrangement within our budget. The employee returned and told me the arrangement was stunning! Thank you, and thank you to the florist for their vision!

Bob Sass Flowers did an AMAZING job with my wedding flowers. I took in an idea of what I wanted, and they far exceeded my expectations! The flowers were delivered to me the morning of the wedding so I didn't have to worry about picking them up. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I have to admit that I did have a problem with the arrangement that I ordered and that was delivered, but the owner promptly contacted me to see what could be done to correct the problem.He was very courteous and understanding of my ire and frustration at the situation I felt I had been put in.We came to an understanding that both of us are comfortable with.My original bouquet I gave one star to.Customer Service I give five stars.Would I give them a second chance? Yes.
