Staff were really helpful but ordered me a universal part that isn’t right. So I went elsewhere and the part they said I wouldn’t be able to get is easily obtained by someone else. Went a few months ago, tells me that they have something, get there and says we don’t have it. They are nice people and knowledgeable, but I’m tired of going here every other time and having issues with the staffs knowledge on parts.

I wanted to reach out and give a much deserved mention for “Jason” at AutoZone in Hastings, Nebraska. My husbands and I have been going through a rough patch and low and behold the truck (our only vehicle) just started overheating. Neither of us are mechanically inclined. I begged my husband to get to AutoZone! He did and by the Grace Of God, Jason was there to help! Jason went above and beyond assisting David in getting the right parts and making sure that everything was put on properly with Jason’s guidance and knowledge. Jason, I would like you to know that You made the difference in our lives and our ability to get back and forth to work and maintain our small existence. I thank you sincerely! AutoZone, You have an AMAZING person in Jason that makes a difference in people’s lives!

Travis is an amazing person! He helped me with find what I needed and helped me out when he didn’t need to when on his break. He had wonderful customer service, kind and helpful, will definitely be visiting again!

I believe the gentleman’s name was Travis but he did such an amazing job, he walked out with me to my car to make sure it was the same part and when we found out it wasn’t he did everything in his power to help me find it. Unfortunately we couldn’t find it but the k-seal or whatever it was that he sold me did wonders and I haven’t had a single problem since.

Mike Jonas was extremely helpful. I came to check our battery and Mike not only did that but diagnosed tge servive engine light and replaced a relay switch. Super thankful.

You don’t often think about having a great experience at an auto parts store however in this instance I walked into the friendliest, most customer centric auto parts store I have ever been in. Drew and Corey were awesome. I can’t say enough about their customer service and positive attitude.
