First off, my mom took a vehicle to him to have issues fixed on transmission. I requested the filter be changed and it wasn't. Was told it was "fixed" and ready to go. Got it home and shortly after reverse went out. They came and got it knowing there was issues with transmission and "got about 10 miles " and had to tow it back to Hadar. Charged $60 just to tow it back and then tell us the transmission is bad.
