“I brought my 2014 Chevy Cruze in due to some wobbling on the drivers rear tire. The man at the front was great. He showed me the tires - which turned out to be 8-year-old snow tires - and how they were bald and/or falling apart. He then recommended some great tires. I was in and out really quickly. Seriously, this is a great place to take your car.”
“I bought a pre-owned Ram and it had a hand full of door dings with white scuff marks on each side. I took it to Brian a little ways after I purchased it and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Not going to lie, some of the locations those dents were in I didn't think he would be able to get out. But now you can't even tell where the dents or scuff marks use to be. Brian is very professional and courteous. He got me scheduled in very fast! He did an amazing job and nobody does PDR work better! Its like I have a new truck now!

He was great about trying to get me back on the road ASAP. He called around immediately to find a part at a salvage yard and then when it came in, he stayed after hours to get the job done. “This is the highest rating I would have ever given a place.
Let me describe my situation. I was one hour into a 7 hour trip to the Black Hills in my 2008 F250 Diesel. About 10 miles out of Norfolk we had a gear light come on, a loud fan noise, and the transmission fluid temp gauge go dead. We were pulling our camper and carrying our kayaks, and bikes. We didn't lose power, so we went on to Norfolk.
I was uncertain we'd even get to continue our 8 day vacation, so we were somewhat desperate to find a shop that might at least diagnose it. I have to give Pinkelman Truck and Trailer props, because although they don't work on pickups like mine, the did suggest Ridder. Ridder got us in, diagnosed right away, loaned us a car for a couple hours, and fixed the bad sensor for a reasonable price. We made it to our campsite with only a few hours added to the trip. The truck ran fine the rest of the trip all the way home.

“While on a business trip in Norfolk, I ended up with a flat tire. In addition to having a flat tire, I discovered that transit vans/cargo vans have tires that have certain load capacities. I looked everywhere for a shop that had the one tire just so I could get back home to Lincoln. Graham Tire Company had the tire. Graham Tire Company exceeded all expectations!
