I'm this close to writing off Walmart for good. I refuse to buy everyday items if I have to find an employee to get it out of a locked case for me, and the number of simple everyday items that are NOT locked up seems to grow shorter every time I visit a Walmart. I will not be treated like a potential thief when I am supporting a business, nor will I have my time wasted finding an employee to unlock a case to hand me a $5 stick of deodorant. And exactly what is the point of the glass case if your going to hand me the item anyway? Nothing but a waste of everyone's time.

We like shopping here because it is clean and not usually very busy but the last few times we have been here, you can tell that it is starting to go downhill. We pulled in tonight around 8:45 and it was dark and raining, no lights on in the parking lot...kind of odd. So after my wife went in, I proceeded to call to let someone know, and it rang for over 3 minutes before someone in receiving answered and hung up on me while I was talking to them. I have bikes in the truck, otherwise I would have gone in to make the complaint in person. Before long, it'll be just like all the other stores in Omaha...

I went in to buy beer as a non-driver. However I was told I couldn’t buy alcohol if they smelled alcohol on my breath? LOL, what?! I wasn’t drunk, acting intoxicated, etc. didnt have a conversation with the manager, she simply walked up and said she can’t complete the sale.
Store manager was told by corporate via phone that is not their policy and was BEYOND rude and condescending to me and them.
Don’t go there, night manager Megan is absolutely the worst.

I was with a friend and her granddaughter at the store. The granddaughter, only 4 years old, kept running away from me and going to a staff member. After the second time, the worker became concerned about the safety of the child, and she took her to the front of the store and instituted a procedure that required staff to consider the child as a possible endangered child.
I know that this sounds ridiculous, but the concern of the staff, and the procedures that they followed to ensure that she was actually related to my friend, was embarrassing but totally necessary. The staff went out of their way to protect the safety of a young child, and despite a little embarrassment it was absolutely necessary. Kudos for the staff being aware of the danger and their concerns for the safety of the child. I commend their professionalism and the following of safety procedures and protocols.

Great super center! Well stocked, easy layout to navigate, clean, and as fast as you’d like. Only downside would be we HAD to use self check out and when you’re on your own with 5 kids (including an infant & toddler) it’s hard to ring up $351 worth of groceries and keep everyone safe/ entertained. Would have loved a cashier on this trip.

Beggars at the front obstructing the entrance. Detractors for an already bad shopping experience.

My salad I purchased looked as if it had froze at some point. I had to throw away, which was suppose to be my dinner ?
