Gentlemen this is a great place to get a fabulous haircut. The person that cut ny hair was super proffesional and quick and efficant. However the cut was top notch and no corners were cut. Pardon the pun.

Went in for a haircut. All the lights were on, Open sign was showing yet the door is locked and they're open for another hour. Business lost.

You're better off going anywhere else. We booked two junior cuts online. When we arrived with our two boys to get haircuts, Larry was extremely rude, and declined to cut their hair because "he has the right to refuse to cut anyone's hair". I can understand not wanting to cut kids hair, but being rude is unacceptable. If you don't cut kids hair, don't allow us to book junior cut online.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had (I think his name was Jeff) immediately drove to another Supercuts 30 minutes away to have them fix it. Super simple buzz cut that I usually do at home but i like to get the edges/neck trimmed up at a business every few months or so. I have 0 training and make it look much better at home. Always long wait times. Closes at 6 got there at 530 employees still inside yet doors were locked. Absolutely terrible business practice. Then I come back on Saturday and closed early again. I’m going to go on a limb and say this could be a form of false advertisement.

You're probably okay to get just a trim here but anything that requires a higher technical skill I'd go somewhere else. The lady we had couldn't do a simple A-line bob cut on straight hair...

Very disappointed with this location. My husband went in for a hair cut and came out with an extremely uneven cut. From the photos, you can see how parts are zig zag and completely uneven for a fade cut. This is completely unacceptable

Won’t use the place anymore. I’ve looked past them spraying bleach in my hair thinking it was a water bottle but then try to charge me? They never have more than 1 or 2 women working and they can’t stay on schedule. Unfortunately the only ones left are the ones that butcher your hair and don’t listen to how you want it cut they seem to make that their decision. But I gave them one more try because I was running late and couldn’t go to Millard. It’s 530 and people have jobs they close at 6!! At 530 they have a sign in the window they’re closed. In this day and age u better have great customer service because Supercuts are a dime a dozen and gretna location is a pass from now on.Service: Haircut
