Very displeased with the customer service here and how the workers spoke to me. I tried to return a pair of sandals that had parts of it falling off and the guy who I spoke with was extremely rude. Horrible quality of shoes too given the fact that I tried to wear them once and they were falling apart.

I love this store. I bought one of THE MOST comfortable shoes here. Thanks to Nicole for helping me pick them out! She was so helpful and cheerful. I actually bought a second pair of the same shoe to have as a spare!

Nathaniel’s attitude was rude, seems like he hates his job. Makes me not want to go back. Also it was so unorganized boxes of shoes everywhere.

the cleanest store at the outlet mall! the employees are the absolute best. the manager really keeps up with her customers and all of the sales associates are so helpful. i always have to buy a new pair of shoes whenever im there!

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but a couple weeks ago my husband and I went into the store as I was looking for shoes. There was an older woman working there who was extremely unprofessional. She had her head down in her phone texting as she greeted us in the door and I was asking her about the shoes I was interested in and I had to repeat myself three different times because she was still staring down at her phone, still texting the entire time and was also not the friendliest. The store was also a mess and completely unorganized with shoes piled up on the side. I will not be returning to the store and will shop online from now on.

Terrible service just got out I feel bad from buying there kinda older lady is so rude like we are getting the stuff for free I hope she is the owner because always in a bad mood and I said thank you when I purchased something she didn’t even answer horrible experience.

I have been shopping at this store for over 5 years! Amazing staff & customer service. Always get greeted when we walk into the store. Same staff has been there forever! Which says a lot.

Ordered a purse and never heard anything About it so I had to call help line they said it’ll be delivered that night. Never saw it. Had to call again and they said they are disputing it. Didn’t call, text or email me about the problem. Also ordered shoes the same day just received them and they are to small. They said I have to drive 3 cities over to exchange and I have to print paper work out just to change the size. My friend also ordered some heels and all the stones started popping off…. I was so excited. This was my first Steve Madden experience and I will never ever buy from here again. Also if your not petite you probably won’t fit anything everything is made for small women so you have to size up 1 or 2 sizes. Very sad I’ve been wanting this set for over a year and I’m so disappointed.

This store’s staff is turning me off from the Steve Madden brand of which I’ve been a loyal customer. Always rude. Always unprofessional. Especially the male I assume is a Manager. This store is a joke for that reason. I have never seen once even one staff come out from behind the counter and actually help people. They are constantly talking trash for everybody to hear. They project that they don’t even want you in the store in the first place. They make you feel completely unwelcome and uncomfortable almost as if they all hate their jobs. It has tarnished the brand for me. And from the other reviews, Corporate does not acknowledge orcare, therefore I will not keep spending thousands of dollars in this store & website. I literally despise each and every time I walk into this location. It is sad that the Omaha area can’t do better than this. Hire new staff from the ground up at this location or they will run this location into the ground—especially the male “Manager”. Rude and unprofessional at best.
