Went out of my way to stop at this store today and get there when they opened. Doors still locked at 10:05. Called the store and talked to an associate. She said they can’t open the doors until second associate shows up.Someone is there, but they won’t open the doors. Guess the really don’t care about the customers.

Went there to get some plain speed cat shoes. The girl in the front didn't know if they had them, which is totally fine, she was friendly and helpful, and went to get the manager to ask him. He came out, said "no, we dont, you'll have to order them yourself," and as I was starting to say "um..." to gather my thoughts for a follow-up question, he disappeared into the back again with no response when I called back there for him. So - good front counter employee, but bad management, and they don't carry some pretty basic shoes for whatever reason, though their stock could be controlled by some corporate decision out of their hands for all I know. I was considering buying some socks since I drove all the way out there, but I didn't want to give them any money after that. At least I got to try on some other shoes to confirm my size for the shoes I need to order myself.
