My daughter purchased her first car from Nash. They are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Interestingly, there was a new recall on the vehicle and we had to go to the dealership. They did the recall and gave the vehicle an 134 point inspection and it passed without concerns. Nice to know Nash sells quality vehicles.

My son's Ford Fiesta was leaking coolant and was overheating. My wife posted on social media that we were looking for a repair place and Nash came highly recommended. We dropped the car off on a Monday and by Wednesday they called back and only had to replace a plug. They could have made up some large scale problem but they didn't. We paid a fee for the diagnostic and replacement of the plug and we were on our way. Very happy with their service and would go back to them anytime.

Nick has gone above and beyond on making sure our needs were met even if they didn’t get fully fixed the first time. We will bring our vehicles to them and at least let them be the first option.

They are honest and reliable. It's nice to have a small town auto shop that just wants to provide for their community with honesty and integrity. Highly recommend!

I took my (2017) F150 in to have the four-wheel drive serviced. Nash was great; he kept me updated with emails, coordinated with the company that held my warranty, and informed me of the costs before any work began.

I was recommended Nash Auto from a mom's group on Facebook. All had wonderful things to say and highly recommended them. Being a female in Omaha, it's hard to know if Automotive shops are treating you with honesty or just trying to make a buck. I can say with sincerity, Nash Auto will treat you right. I mentioned everything that was going on and i left without any issues. He was very generous and said if there's any issue to bring it right back. A+ in my book. I will recommend to all my friends and will be back for all my car needs.

We had our jeep towed to Nash Automotive on Saturday October 12th around 6pm. Monday, October 14th, I called and told him the jeep just stopped running in the middle of the road at a stop light and I could not get it started again. He told me he didn’t have time to look at it today but would look at it sometime this week, and would call me when he knew what was wrong. On Wednesday, October 16th, he called and told me he already replaced the battery and the auxiliary battery, and was waiting on a refurbished alternator to be delivered. He said it would be done that night or the next morning, and would cost $1800.00. Thursday went by with no call,so we called Friday, October 18th, around 11a.m. His wife told me they were now looking for a short because something was still draining the batteries, but it should be done by evening. We decided to take a trip up to the shop at around 4:58pm since we hadn’t received a call. The doors were locked, but someone was in shop but wouldn’t answer the door. So my wife called again on Monday October 21st, at 9a.m. His wife answered, my wife asked about the jeep,at that time his wife became confrontational amd made a remark about my wife speaking to me. My wife said she would like to know first hand what was exactly wrong with the jeep. Nash’s wife went and grabbed husband. Nash got on phone and explained he replaced 3 items and was searching for a short somewhere. My wife asked that since the 3 items that were replaced didn’t fix the problem, was he capable of fixing the issue due to them being a smaller shop, and would it be better to tow it to Baxter or somewhere where they have the proper equipment to diagnose the problem. he then stated he had all the same equipment they have and could take it if we wanted but we still owe him $1800.00. My wife stated she would leave it there, but didn’t feel $1800.00 was very fair since the parts replace weren’t the issue. He then stated he didn’t have time to fix it today, as he had other cars to fix. On Tuesday October 22 around 12pm, I received a phone call stating the jeep was done, but it was a little more money. When I asked how much more, he stated total was $3100.00. I then stated that is a lot of money, and was told it had to be fixed. I decided I workflows talk to him when I arrived. I voiced my concern about the amount of money I was being charged without any notification of work to be done, or pricing, and how an additional $1300.00 was added on. He said it had to be fixed, and that’s what he had in it. I then asked for my parts back and was told he didn’t have them. I discussed that as a business owner I have to give my customers a change order, or get consent in order to do unexpected work or charge more money. I then asked if we could come to some type of agreement on the price. He then asked his wife who became confrontational and told me she wasn’t giving me anything. We feel that we were severely overcharged and would like a fair price to be determined.
