Went in to get a sensor (couldn't find motorcraft brand). Good service. Installed sensor made problem worse. Went to return and was accused of swapping the part out for another. Clerk said it doesn't look like ours.

The guys that work here are all very helpful. Went in on a rainy day 15 minutes before closing time to get new wiper blades. The nice man even put them on the car for me!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The Grenta store went out of their way to help us get back on the road when we were 3 hours from home, delivering our parts and even loaning us a few tools. We were so impressed with their kindness. Thank you NAPA!!

I typically order my parts on NapaOnline.com and then pick them up at the store. I find this works out best for me. That way the store has time to fetch whatever parts they don't stock from another NAPA location or distribution center. I just walk in, tell them my name, pay, grab my parts and leave. It's pretty quick and painless. Employees are always very helpful and friendly. I've never had a problem with part quality. NAPA Auto Parts has always been my first choice when I need a part for my car. My only two minor complaints would be their location and hours. Husker Drive is sort of a hidden and out-of-the-way location in Gretna. It's not a big deal once you've been there and know where it's at, but no one would call it prime retail real estate. I wonder how much they lose in consumer retail sales to O'Reilly Auto Parts because O'Reilly faces Highway 6/31 and NAPA is hidden in an industrial area. They close at 5:30 PM on weekdays and 1:00 PM on Saturdays. They are not open on Sundays. That probably works out well for their commercial accounts who are probably open the same hours. However, it sucks for retail customers. On weekdays you've really got to race to Gretna from work in Omaha to get there before they close to pick up a part (Omaha to Gretna at rush hour in 30 minutes or less?!). Likewise, many working people I know save their car projects for the weekend. Since they're only open a half day on Saturday and closed on Sundays weekend DIY'ers are going to be shopping somewhere else if they realize they need another part or got the wrong part.
