No public restrooms. The clothing was boring no colors just an old navy look. The stairway was out of order and needed to use the elevator, no signal or closure for the stairway.

Remembered why I stopped shopping here… They want to make you use rewards and then charge you FOR A BAG. My bag was paid for with my purchase, why would you not provide a bag for purchases made in your store? The only place in Nebraska doing this. Build it into your price and quit putting customers out.

Took my sister shopping for her Bday over the weekend only to be assisted by a rude employee at check out with an attitude as if she was not happy to be there that day. When I asked if there was a problem, she rudely answered with a "No!" and continued giving us an attitude for no reason. No apology for the attitude whatsoever. We spent like $300 which I regretted after we paid. Love H&M, but will most likely not be coming back to this location to spend my hard earned money on. Happy to take my business elsewhere where decent customer service is not a problem.

Super clean store! Great selection of clothing and assesories. I really like the clearance rack and you can find some deals here. It has 2 floors and easy going flow from each section to the next. I personally was impressed by the men's collection and like the Stranger Things clothing too :) we will definitely be back to check this out again! :)

Standing in the cold at 11:21 waiting outside a store that opens at 11. No local phone number to call, so I called the corporate number. No help at all.
