“What an amazing shopping experience! We walk in looking for luggage because I am.jere visiting from Florida and the cold broke a few of the wheels off of both of my suitcases. As soon as we walk in there are suitcases at the entrance and to the right. We walk to the section to the right and a woman named Nanvy asks us what brings us in. I tell her for suitcases and she goes full blown sales expert mode on us. They just so happened to have gotten in a delivery of some pretty awesome luggage sets and she darn near went through all of them with me based on what I told her I was looking for. She was thorough, super helpful and has an amazing personality. Totally knocked my socks off with how helpful she was. I cc an honestly say I haven't encountered someone so pleasant while they were working in over 10 years. She made my day and I love my luggage. If TJ MAXX had more employees like her Nationwide they would be unstoppable.”

“Super clean store! Great selection of clothing and assesories. I really like the clearance rack and you can find some deals here. It has 2 floors and easy going flow from each section to the next. I personally was impressed by the men's collection and like the Stranger Things clothing too :) we will definitely be back to check this out again! :)”

“I was with a friend and her granddaughter at the store. The granddaughter, only 4 years old, kept running away from me and going to a staff member. After the second time, the worker became concerned about the safety of the child, and she took her to the front of the store and instituted a procedure that required staff to consider the child as a possible endangered child.

I know that this sounds ridiculous, but the concern of the staff, and the procedures that they followed to ensure that she was actually related to my friend, was embarrassing but totally necessary. The staff went out of their way to protect the safety of a young child, and despite a little embarrassment it was absolutely necessary. Kudos for the staff being aware of the danger and their concerns for the safety of the child. I commend their professionalism and the following of safety procedures and protocols.”
