“Great selection of high-quality batteries and accessories. Staff is knowledgeable to answer questions I had. I wanted to get a battery charger for the two RV batteries I had bought, and though I was going to have to buy two individual chargers. They should me the dual battery charger I needed that goes down to a trickle charger to keep the batteries charged throughout winter without overcharging them.”
“Brian went above and beyond the call. I stopped in as the battery in my wife’s Honda appeared to be dead. I couldn’t find my receipt, so Brian looked between two computers and located when we bought the battery. Still under warranty. Yes! Brian stated by testing the battery and immediately could tell it was not right. He proceeded to replace the battery, even stopping back into the shop to get his terminal cleaners and some spray to help remove any corrosion. He replaced the battery, and the went back to get his charger to make sure it wasn’t an issue with the alternator. All in, about 10-15 minutes and it cost me nothing. Would definitely do business with Brian and O’Reilly again (and buy the battery again with the longer warranty). Thank you!”
