I usually go to this bath and bodywork’s. As for supply they are great stock in candles. As for online stock of items they lack for what’s actually available in store. So they do need to fix that issue. As for staff most of the restock ladies and those who are not at checkout are really nice and friendly . As for checkout ladies pretty sad customer service . I was going to pick up an order and I showed my military ID and she told me that’s not a ID and she wanted my drivers license. Make it make sense as it’s a goverment form of ID. She refused to give me my order I had proof of it being mine . Since I didn’t have my wallet on me . But I’m glad they had the bridgerton collection !

They didn't have a lot of sales or great body fragrance sprays they got rid of all there good ones. My fav, forever red, is not available in a body mist and the lotion and body wash can only be found online. I don't know why they got rid of it cuz a LOT of people I knew loved it ???

good store as far as inventory.. not good service. one employee working who never greeted us/asked if we needed help- that’s okay it was just her, but she was so rude after she finally came to check us out. if you hate your job so much that you’re making customer’s experiences negative.. everywhere is hiring.
