“I made a call to Aaron not because of hail damage but because I needed to find a resource to help me out. I was selling some electronics to a neighbor of his and couldn't get in touch with the man. I called Aaron and asked him if he knew the neighbor and if he would be able to help me out. Aaron and I had never talked prior to this. I live in the north east and making this connection was important to me. Aaron took time out of his day to help a total stranger out. He had never me or his neighbor. He had nothing to gain and decided to do a good deed for a total stranger. They offered a few different options to replace the battery, did the replacement themselves and gave a few recommendations on some maintenance that should be addressed; that the big name brand auto store has told me they are maintaining.
