Store clerk was extremely rude made me give her money before the service I was purchasing was even rung up. I will be going to the other Walgreens from now on. For God's sake, learn some customer service skills. Not that hard!!

Big shout out to all the staff. The manager Brian, pharmacy and cashiers always make sure my husband and I are taken care of, greet us with a smile, they remember our names and meds ,and treat us like family! We appreciate the excellent service and thank you for always being the store we trust and depend on. We have noticed that the manger always takes care of his customers with a friendly approach and his crew follows his example and that makes us loyal customers. Thank you Walgreens we appreciate your excellent service ?

Multiple times there have been delays in getting my prescription because of mistakes on Walgreens part. There have also been multiple times that I get a message that my prescription is ready, then when I arrive it is not.

I have been going to Walgreens for years and they knows me and kids winces my kids were younger i did notice that one of the lady was following me and been suspicious looking at me for some reason, but anyways I don’t really care as long I do right she couldn’t find a wrong on me so she change her mode to okay lady ! But other than that I always been treated right ❤️ people have a right to learn the customers you never know so I give them a 5?✡️✡️?✡️

This has been our go to Pharmacy for years. We just switched to Usave on 4th. There is a Strawberry Blonde middle aged lady that works in the Pharmacy that is very rude. Evert time we go there, we cringe. Even when my wife went in to get the form we needed to switch Pharmacies, she gave her an attitude because she didn't know how to do her job. Another employee had to come and show her. That was just the confirmation that we needed to say good by. We will not step foot in that location again. You just lost a lot of money due to one employee that needs to go. Location is on 2nd street in Grand Island NE.

I love going to Walgreens all their items are always in the same spot so you know where to go when you first walk in the door the staff is friendly and the place is clean.

Going to transfer my prescriptions to a other Walgreens and hope it solves my issues. This particular store is a joke. They have had a prescription for over a day an a half and when my husband went to pick it up this evening, they told me there was a problem. If they would have done their job, they would have noticed the problem this morning, told me accordingly and I could have called my doctor to sort the issue out to have my medication by tonight. I just had major surgery and now I am without my medications. This isn't my first time having an issue at this location either. Many of times I was told my medication would be filled by a certain time and I'd show up and it wouldn't have even been started. I even put my regular medications on automatic refill and they still can't fill on time. The staff is never apologetic or helpful. They are just rude and seem bothered that you are asking them to do the bare basics of their job.

I got my first covid shot here on a Sunday so they scheduled the next one a month out, no big deal; I get an email and an sms notification that my appointment is coming up the day before.The problem? When I arrive for my appointment their pharmacy was closed per their new hours (Closed Sunday). No phone call to tell me or reschedule, no forthought about who it may affect, nope.Don't end up in my situation. Because I feel very frustrated and this basically is screwing up my mood.

This Walgreens here is a joke. They told me to pick up my prescription at 5 o’clock I show up and they tell me it’s going to be $160. I told them it’s normally free and They said I don’t know what to tell you. I called my insurance they told me nobody had even priced checked my prescription and if they do a 90 day supply it’s free. So I got back into line to refill my prescription and they tell me it’s now after 6 PM and the pharmacy is closed. I told the lady she knew I was standing right outside the window of the pharmacy and I asked her what I should do as I was leaving at 3 AM. She said that’s an issue you will have to figure out that’s not my problem.

Living in Illinois and my father lives in Nebraska. I made a photo order for his birthday for him to pickup. I paid online. Went he went to pickup the order, he was told he had to pay. After telling the associate 3 times it should have been paid for, he asked for the manager who had to show the associate how to perform such action. After hearing from my father that he picked up his photos, I asked him what he thought of theposter. "What poster?" Was his response. The associate didn't give him his full order. I had to call the store and explain the situation because I didn't want my father going through that againfor his birthday gift! Brian was helpful in ensuring the poster will be paid and ready when my father picks it up. I will update when I receive word that my father has gotten his complete order
