They lost my phone in transit for my trade in and refuse to help in anyway. Ups and Verizon won’t say that one of them lost it. After talking to many people. They said they have it and other said they don’t. Fraud and refuse to help. So now I’m paying for full Price for another phone. Fully disappointed and will eventually change services.

I like Verizon I’ve been a subscriber for them for years but it gets very expensive for monthly payments for my phone I was suggestion to lower their price in phone payments

Verizon should be on your horizon! A veritable find, this excellent service center for Informatique Technology and Communications! Instant service, great technical representatives, kind and so very intent on solving my International Calling issues. Patient, hand-held care through the consultation process, Verizon's expert, Julian Perez, calmly ushered me through to success! Very professional business center, personal attention and care, a precious experience!

My family has been with Verizon for many years. The Grand Island store has consistently provided excellent service. Their staff members are always friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and helpful.

Waited 45 minutes to be told to go online and do it. Don’t do their trade in promotions, held my phone hostage for 2 months then forced me to upgrade to a more expensive plan to get the credit for my phone.

Verizon has the best cell service in this area but thier customer service is terrible and prices are very high. Also they love to charge you "nickel and dime" items to inflate your bill.

Nice clean, new store with a great selection of phones. Understaffed and always a long wait. The staff they have is unfriendly and often out right rude, and I'm a Verizon subscriber. I visited once before switching over (which I did on line), and was treated terribly by a bilingual 'gentleman' that preferred to act like he didn't communicate with English speaking people. I was taken aback and spoke with his manager. He was a quite bit nicer but seemed overwhelmed. I wish I could give them a better review, but honestly the 3 times I've had to go in were all bad experiences. On the other hand Verizon has a good coverage area, fast speeds, friendly phone support etc. I will continue with them, but try to avoid going to their Grand Island brick and mortar store if at all possible. If you have to go in, plan for a wait and take deep breaths and think kind thoughts! Ohmmm. ?

went in to check on trading my phone...joe was the guy who helped us....he did an absolute great job ! he knew exactly what we needed and did it with complete professionalism..made us feel like people not a dollar sign...i would highly recommend this store !!!
