I'm currently on hold after talking to 4 robots to simply ask them to leave my package at a location so that I can pick it up, wish me luck.

Waited at home all day for a package to be delivered, got a notification that no one was home so they were taking it to an access point and I wouldn't be able to get it until the next day. Not once did the driver knock or make any attempt to see if I was home. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from a billion dollar company.
