Very rushed haircut. I wanted my sides faded and they didn't fade them just cut and 1 side is longer than the other. I had them trim my mullet and 1 side is longer than the other too. And they messed my bangs up.

I am so disappointed in what this place has become. Been going for three years with no issues, but today. I requested a time online. 45min wait for a specific stylist. I show up with 14 min left. I check in and I was immediately bumped to 34min wait. Then my stylist seats a “first available” customer before me. While waiting for this haircut before me to be done, I get down to a 22min wait. Then I look at the board a minute later and realize I had been bumped to 54 min.
At this point I had enough. When confronted with the issue. The gal talked herself in circles about how a first available was here before me even tho I am next in line for a specific stylist request. I told her I will never be coming back for being treated like this. She then process to say “okay, have a nice day.” If this business boasts to be professional they have a lot of work to do. Only tips I have is to book as a “first available”, you’ll get the MVP treatment, or bring your own snacks for the wait.

Really awesome place to get your hair done, I just got mine done, my mom got hers thinned and layered. Super friendly environment, staff, and service. They did really great on my hair and hers. They will ask you if you want your hair washed. They put a hot towel on your face while they wash, very gentle when washing hair. Highly recommend coming here, (yes pricy, but really worth the money). Please come to sport clips.

This place is a joke. I haven't been there in years, but I guess I remembered why. Haircut wasn't what I wanted, but hey whatever even if it was a mohawk as long as I can get outta there! The checkout wouldn't let me pass the tip section, unless I hit the other button and put in $0. The default tip was $7 what a joke. This is a scam and you should be ashamed. There should be a button for "my haircut was garbage". They didn't ask what haircut I wanted and automatically gave me the full MVP. joke joke joke lol never going back there again! lady didn't seem to bright either. The rumble massage chair for the hair wash hurt my back and the gal didn't know how to use the shoulder/neck massager. Might want to go back to hair cutting school. Not impressed. You are lucky the default is one star or you'd be getting - 5 stars!!!

Amanda J is one of the best hair stylist ever the fades she does are amazing! She’s been cutting my son’s hair for years and she is so personal with him and she always makes sure mom is happy with the cut before he leaves her chair. We will happily wait to make sure we get her when she’s working. I can’t recommend her enough! She’s so talented especially with a kiddo that has a cowlick in the front and back.

There were so many bad things that went wrong but here is a list of 1. The barber put something in my hair and the back of my neck burned for about 30 mins after I left 2. The barber clearly noticed my hair had knots and ran a cone through it and tugged (im 200% sure they took some hair out) 3. I asked for the hair to be at my eyebrows and they cut it about an inch above my eyebrows 4. They asked me if the cut was good and it was so I said yeah and then the proceeded to cuth the top side of my hair making my head look as round as a bowling ball 5. When I went back to school I had to wear a hat but the policy said you couldnt so I spent my whole first period arguing with the principal Thats most of it!
