I've been a long time Spectrum customer. Their service has been declining for a long time! I needed a new router and was told by tech support that they had one and I could go exchange it. Waited in line for 30 plus minutes just to have them tell me that they were out. Spectrum has a terrible service, followed by terrible equipment, followed by bad tech support. I switched to Allo the next day. See ya Spectrum!

I was a customer with this company for 6 years. Last year they accused me of not returning equipment, sent me a bill, only to realize they were in error. This year I changed my service to Allo. They told me I would receive instructions to return equipment. Instead, they sent me a bill. When I called they said I could return my equipment via UPS. I did exactly that. 6 weeks later they sent me a bill for the equipment and stated they never received it.This company is either inept or malicious. And neither are good for business. Avoid them at all costs.

TRASH company with trash service! Paying for high speed internet, consistently getting throttled to under ONE MEG! Ridiculous! But guess what, your reign is over. You'll no longer be the only show in town. Allo is going to eat your lunch, with fiber. Can't wait!! With competition, you couldn't give me this trash service for free!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Their internet service stinks. Once sometimes twice a week I have to unplug everything and reboot the system. For what they are charging me for the service they should be providing a reliable service.

This is a horrible place!! Every time I come just to pay a bill there’s alway a line employees standing around and only two helping people!! I just want to stop in on my lunch break and pay a bill and I spend my break plus more time waiting! They have a machine that you scan your bill and can pay without talking to any body but that is shut down 1/2 the time. And the manager says it to have a more personal experience with the customers!! If I wanted something more than to pay my bill I would wait in line and ask you. Don’t make me waist my time and my breaks hanging out at Spectrum!!

BEWARE OF “UPGRADE”I’ve only had about 3 CSRs that weren’t rude or had a clue as to what they were doing in the dozens of times I’ve had to call or chat about service. Which is probably why they send the equipment to you for you to install yourself. Better chances at getting it right and they don’t have to pay anyone or give you any credit for this. Now that’s service! (sarcasm) SO.. I had some issues and the lady says your equipment is old we’ll send ya new equipment. I install the equipment and I’m having all kinds of issues. I’m not very tech savvy/hate IT stuff. After not getting answers though I did my own research. What I found is the latest and greatest router (6) is not compatible with most devices I have such as my firestick.l. 1. I should have been informed of this prior to them “upgrading.’ 2. Why wouldn’t any of the probably 8 CSRs I spoke to realize this was the connection issue. A LOT of time wasted! In addition, I have to uninstall the equipment, physically go into the store and get equipment similar to what I had, reinstall, and set it all back up again.. including all my devices that use internet! My time is valuable and I’m very very unhappy about this whole situation. I should be reimbursed for my time, stress, and NOT being able to use a service I pay for! I understand all techy devices have to be upgraded every few years, but come on..a system that only works with the newest devices is not cool. Nobody is going to go upgrade everything they own to work with the 6.

over priced and their app doesn't work have the time think they could have a half way working app for the over price the charge...silver package-hbo,showtime and Internet that is now 59.00 total of $257.00 what a joke

Canceled my plan with them didn't know they only do full months. Canceled my service 3 days prior to new billing cycle and they charge me $105 for 3 days of service. Gunna save some new customers some time. ALLO is way better and cheaper than spectrum. Glad I finally switched will never go back again.
