If I could give a 0 rating I would. My husband went in to pay the bill and they refused to take cash. Even though we paid cash about a week ago for our internet, today they refused to take cash. What a bunch of Crap!!! WTH???

Will not stay connected for more than 24 hours then have to shutdown and reboot. Been thru 3 routers, supposedly good routers. The minute Allo is available in my neighborhood, I'm gone!

SPECTRUM IS HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY OR CHANGE PHONES FROM THEM. I RETURNED A PHONE THAT WAD DEFECTIVE, AND SALES WOMAN KEPT IT, THEN TOLD HER BOSS I NEVER TURNED ANYTHING IN. THEN SENT TO COLLECTS IN HUSBANDS NAME, HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!! CROOKS!!!

If I could give it a - star I would, I had been a spectrum customer for over 3 years until this past Saturday. I went into the store trying to get upgrades for myself and my husband. When we were called a Hispanic rep helped us I think her name is "Tania" not really sure but she had glasses and right off the bat she gave me attitude i told her I wanted to change my address since I just moved, she said no you cannot do that. Also then she told me have you even paid your bill this month we'll I pay on the 21st of the month so i told her yes i paid last months it's still not due... She looked up and down at me asked for my ID I handed her my passport and she said that wasn't a valid ID I told her I have never had an issue with it and she asked me "do you even have a social security" I said yes I do and I put it in the machine... She said I can't help you this ID is not right it's not valid so I asked her if she was having a bad day she just said no because you're giving me wrong information... So then I was like well I gave you all I have my phone # my pin my ID my social idk what else to give you???? So she just said well what do you need then? At that point I was really frustrated... I told her to just give me the codes to transfer my phones over to another company and she said GLADLY ILL DO THAT. So I walked over to tmobile the guys gave me info and I went home and got new phones new service and hopefully people with better customer service!!!! HORRIBLE PERSON TO REPRESENT SPECTRUM I FELT DISCRIMINATED AND WORST OF ALL BY ANOTHER HISPANIC!!! NEVER AGAIN.

Spectrum Mobile is definitely the worst mobile carrier I’ve ever been with. I was with Verizon for 14 years until I got tired of the constant extra charges, I switched to Straight Talk for about a year and absolutely loved their service but for some reason I switched to Spectrum Mobile and regret it daily. They DO NOT have an unlimited plan, the service is extremely slow and half the time doesn’t work. I use my phone for everything since I’m an over the road truck driver. It’s really inconvenient when I try to look up and address or get directions but can’t because my service provider is the worst. Even in 5G areas it’s still extremely slow and half the time doesn’t load. I will definitely be switching back to Straight Talk, at least they actually have an unlimited plan and the service is fast and constant. FYI Spectrum, I really wish I could give less stars but unfortunately 1 is the lowest allowed. You don’t deserve that much.
