Went online and got an appointment the next day for several chips. Service was quick and the risk was explained to me about one of the larger chips. Very pleased with the results!

Forget calling their "number" -- their customer service was absolutely horrid! Don't believe their commercials either -- after having my windshield shattered on the highway and after talking for 20 minutes to their scheduling number, their solution for me wa to drive home (90 miles away at 75 MPH) and their next available appt was 4:30 the following day. I guess that is their definition of "getting you back on your way". Found a local shop that took awesome care of me. I will never recommend anyone use Safelite.

disappointed there is no actual phone number that you can talk to the shop. Only automated line that doesn't have any option to actually to talk to the shop.
