Zane is aways so helpful and takes care of us. I think the girl working with him was Jordan? She helped me find a new chain while the other one was getting fixed to have a back up for my daughter :) They always have some good sales too!

The staff was polite and professional, but I felt there was room for improvement in communication. Rather than informing me, "We're scheduling for two weeks out," it would have been more helpful to ask about the specific repairs needed. I ended up going to a competitor who resolved the issue in just five minutes.

Zane and staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the items I wanted worked on. I also had a necklace made from two rings and the goldsmith did a fantastic job!! I am extremely happy with all my items!!
