I have a semi with a big bunk sleeper and had an electrical issue in the sleeper, I pulled in and within 15 minutes they were working on me and had me fixed within 2 hours. They couldn't have been a nice bunch and very professional! I'll go out of my way to come back again for anything related to my sleeper! Thanks again!

While traveling cross country I had a plumbing issue on my RV. Rich and Sons were able to get me right it. Within minutes of arrival the RV was being tested and the plumbing issue was being evaluated. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I was on my way. Thanks and gratitude to Rich and Sons for understanding travelers “just passing through “ may need repairs as well as local customers. ?

So shortly after we purchased our camper, there was a minor problem with one of the tanks. We called the service department and within a few days it was fixed. Also, zero issues with the claim being turned in. Thank goodness we purchased the 5 year warranty. Thanks again yall for speedy service!! Troy and Steph

We have had our trailer in twice since our purchase, both times with manufacturer issues. They got us scheduled quickly, performed the warranty work in a day without hesitation or question, and scheduled our pickup at our convenience. They are extremely courteous, listen carefully and ask great questions, and are just downright pleasant. We could not be happier with them.

I’d give zero if I could. They replaced the jack on the wrong side of our of Fifth Wheel, basically said if the side we wanted fixed in the first place didn’t work (again) that they’d have to fix it. The guy (Rich I think from the service department) was a jackass and tried to talk to me like I didn’t have a clue what was going on. The hours that we have spent working on these jacks while trying to level say otherwise.
I will never buy (and be required to service) any camper from here ever again.

Great customer service! Owning a camper you always have to be prepared to have things go wrong and the last couple months things have gone wrong left and right but rich and sons have helped us every time. We have worked with Rustin, Zach O, and Brandon G and they have been great! Even when we had to leave our camper there over the weekend and had to grab stuff from our camper the tech guys were still working on it and were really great to talk to and walked us through what was going on. My husband and I appreciate the staff at rich & sons and would recommend them to anyone!

Our repairs got finished a few weeks after we had expected because of difficulty of receiving parts and pricing was pretty high, but we managed it.

We purchased our Keystone Passport 2700rl here and have been very happy with the experience. As newbies to RVing Jordan helped us with the selection and showing us around.When we had to return for service, Rich Loeffelbein, the Service manager, was there to make sure we were happy with everything. He's #1.Believe me, we did a lot of searching and researching before we made our decision. We were treated fairly and know that we got a great deal.

We were traveling for Thanksgiving and called ahead to make an appointment on our way. It was the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to get us in! Had issues with the gas regulator and they came out and fixed the issue right away. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend! They loved visiting with our Great Dane and he loved them too.
