Get rid of the disgusting disrespectful crackhead lady that laughs at you when you walk up throws your cards at you and touches your food bare hand and maybe this gas station would be ok. Funny how every review after this old lady was hired on has been one star and she’s still there for some reason

Went in Thursday morning at 6 am, 11-2-23. The older lady at the counter is rude and a bad person. She acts like she is inconvenienced to wait on you. Won't be back. If you hate your job so bad, quit, you look like you should be retired anyway.

Came in for fuel and as I went inside to pay the cashier who looked like a witch lady was extremely rude and Seemed as though I was an inconvenience to her day I do not recommend coming here

This place loses ALOT of business from Case employees that leave for lunch because their staff are always miserable and rude. They always make you feel like you're just an inconvenience. Today on my lunch break Maren checked me out. I seen the other gal had 2 pizzas on the counter then went in the back again. So I had asked Maren if they had pizzas coming out and that I had seen the other gal had some out. She looks at me like she could care less and said if they're not in the warmer than they sold. I say okay and pay for my chips and go look at the warmer again. Then the gal comes out with pizza's lol i had already put sauce on a a Sandwich that I really didn't want so I go to check out and I just asked her why she is so grumpy she works with customer service she says she's not grumpy I said OK I paid for my sandwich I tell her to have a nice day and she just says yep. Now I know why everyone at Case says not to go to this pump. I've come many times and it's the same 3 gals that are always miserable and rude. You have one good employee that is nice. She has half her hair shaved underneath. She is always pleasant. She should be promoted and get the old unhappy ladies out of there! I have worked at a gas station so I understand alot so i am always polite and kind but after so many times of the same rude service I'm not longer going to be nice when I must come to this miserable store!

Do not recommend coming here. The staff is less than helpful. They're rude, unfriendly, and the one guy is pretty creepy. Their attitudes are terrible. They act like your are severely inconveniencing them. When they have customers at the register, instead of helping them they just continue what they're doing or stand in the back room ignoring them. On top of that, they're food is either cold or severely overcooked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if you have to go inside.

Lady working was very unprofessional and rude and wasn't paying attention. She believed that we had stole a little spider man toy. While my daughter and wife was picking out a juice, she neglected to pay attention to the fact that I walked back in her view and I put the toy back. Pay attention before you start accusing customers.
