Very quick to get here called hour later there already here looking at my garage door and to make things even better we’re able to fix everything right away took only 30 mins definitely recommend to everyone Landon was the employee who installed and fixed everything very nice and great at his job thank you pioneer for hiring employees like this!!

We contacted Pioneer Door regarding replacing door springs and servicing our bay doors. We are always a tad skeptical when using a company for the first time. But, we were so surprised and very impressed with the job they did and how easy it was to work the company. The service men were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. We could tell their number #1 priority was completing a job done well and providing the utmost customer service. We highly recommend Pioneer Door and will use them consistently in the future!

Service guy showed up... Fixed the broken spring on the garage door, was very pleasant and worked quick... Door works fantastic... Will be calling this company for future garage door problems!

We had to wait for our garage door to come in stock longer than expected, but the customer service from Tim and the technician Keith were excellent. Keith installed our new door and reset all of our garage doors for us.

Absolutely love my new garage door and opener. The gentleman that did the install was so nice and patient and explained everything to me. I called 3 businesses when I wanted to purchase the garage door and the opener, by myself, without my husband all 3 said they would come do an estimate. Pioneer Door was the ONLY one who showed up. Thank you Pioneer Door for the awesome service. I will most definitely be referring y’all to everyone from here on out.

Dustin B came over today to check our door issues, and he was prepared to go ahead with service.He reset both doors, fixed a few mechanical issues with the 2 drs and hung 2 new openers. Got everything set and they both work terrific, quiet and reliable. Great work Dustin ... he was very prompt and professional. I'd highly recommend the company and this technician.

A representative called me back quickly to make an appointment, and I was even moved up to the same day to fix my garage door opener. I needed a new opener and the serviceman, Jesus Garcia, was very competent and friendly. The new opener was installed in about an hour and a half. Overall, a very positive experience!

We placed a service call for broken tension rod making us unable to open our garage door. Keith from pioneer door was able to respond and replace it same day. Service was prompt, cost was reasonable for the job and they went the extra mile to grease up the whole track as well.

Wow! This company rocks over their competitors! We needed a new seal on the bottom of our garage door. Todd was responsive and proactive. He notified as soon as someone would be in our area. Cody called and gave me a time frame when he would be here. He was prompt and efficient. The door seals tight and we are more than pleased Thank you!!! Can't say enough good things about Pioneer Door!!

I called a competitor to fix our garage door because it was the brand that was installed when we moved in. I called them after a week of no call, no show to inquire when it would get looked at and was told "We are busy. A tech will call you before he's comes out but cant tell you when that will be". Fast forward another week, I decide to call Pioneer because they have done work for me before and have always been wonderful. I asked if they were able to fix the spring above the door even though it was a competitor set up. Todd said "You bet. Not sure if I can get you in today yet but most definitely after the 4th holiday". I'll be darned if I didn't get a call back 5 minutes later saying they would be at my house in 20min. Fast forward 15min and two super friendly guys were there repairing the door and had it done in less than 30min. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much for the awesome service!

My garage door had been making a "banging" noise every time I opened it for quite some time. A competitor told me they couldn't fix the spring unless I converted it to their system. It was going to cost me $500. I agreed, as I didn't know any better. After 2 weeks with no feedback from the competitor as to when they would fix the door, I called Pioneer Door. They came out the same day and fixed the door!! It didn't need a new spring, it was just out of alignment and a cable wasn't coiled correctly! They also oiled both doors and put nails in the weather stripping as it needed a couple. I am very happy with them!
