“I was just in for an oil change, but they always inspect everything, and noticed the battery was not putting out the power it should. With winter setting in I decided to hsve them replace the battery.

“Great car wash experience. I love that they have someone out there scrubbing the bugs off the bumper (as best they can, man big guts have staying power!). I've paid the same amount for 100% automatic washes that just ended up waxing the bugs to my bumpers. Having a human attendant there really makes a difference.

“Put a new valve stem/pressure sensor on wrong tire. Two days later when the tire I THOUGHT they had repaired went flat, I called to resolve the issue. Was told a manager would call me back. They did not. Now I have to spend an additional $28ish dollars to get the correct tire fixed somewhere else.
*called again and after about an hour we came to a resolution.”
