Great location. Very clean and nice apartments. Receptionists are always helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly & is very friendly as well! Definitely the best apartment complex in Grand Island!

A wonderful, well kept apartment for a good price. They allowed us to do a monthly rental until we could find a house we liked. The staff has been incredibly helpful and prompt in their responses. Would definitely recommend!
