Bought a recliner, within the first week, I realized that the back rest of it was slightly caved in on the right side. No refunds, no exchanges. Just under $500 for a chair that causes frequent back pain. GO TO A BIG BOX STORE.

Like everything else the furniture was a little high bought two pieces of furniture for $2,000 tried to get them to take a little bit off and he said we're only making $50 I know better than that I tell you if they don't lie to you they try to rob you

worst service ever. been trying to get a mattress warranty done for I would call it years now. awful service by this company I would go to a place like slumberland they will always take care of the customer. Pam claims she has emails and I would see a packet how to do my warranty claim online. seriously if it was customer serve they would have just taken care of it. but the don't offer matters anymore so please do not fall for the bs of this company. we are now out a 1000 dollars for a bed that is a pile of crap and was supposed to have a 10 year warranty

Whenever we buy furniture, we always look at multiple places to compare pricing and quality. We always end up purchasing with Nelson's Furniture. A lot of our house comes from them. The sales people are great and not pushy and don't use the "used car salesmen" techniques like other chains in town. They have nice, high quality items that are priced where they should be, and unlike most places in GI, they actually have stock and a warehouse meaning that you can take home your purchases when you buy them.

I’m so speechless I don’t even have enough words to say thank you and so grateful, I mean if I have enough money to give to this amazing place I would be more happy to buy everything there, the delivery, loading and helping setting up my son bed just amazing. I will absolutely be getting my living room and bedroom stuff, thank you for giving me enough time. SUPER NICE PEOPLE!
