Great customer service but the people working on the vehicles need to double check things. Tires werent balanced correctly big woop right but also the alignment is off. I will also add they scuffed up my new rims where lugs go. Thank God i have a cover for it but if i lose that man im not gonna have a good taste in my mouth looking at there misshandeling the profitability they could have on repeat customers. For me never coming back. They will get you out that door but they can't say no to the service they have. Run appointments not last minute things. For that is probably why they ruined the rim.
They got great wheels and tires just buy it and take it to someone else.

“Last week I got an extremely flat tire while I was eating lunch. I called and they were there in less than 20 minutes, filled my tire, took it to their shop, and patched it. Extremely happy with their response time and customer service. Super nice guys!”

Thank you Peyton for the awesome customer service at the front desk who checked me out. Thank you John Gary Arron and Ted for figuring out what was wrong with my car and fixing it in a timely manner. Best shop I’ve been to and will continue to go here. Have been for almost 10 years. Nobody cares more then the guys at miller tires.

I had a stereo system put in my jeep a few months ago. I recently decided to tear up the carpet and put different flooring in, I couldn't believe the job the guy (Jeff?) did installing the system. Everything was loomed, shrink wrapped, and factory looking. I will definitely go there again for any kind of stereo work. Very high quality and very good people. Thanks!

Brought vehicle to get aligned and was told to replace all from suspension with new parts before vehicle was aligned. Went ahead and installed new parts. Told service adviser to i put alignment pins for control arm and he responded with yes. Couple months down the line no alignment pins were installed. Car wore out my 2 front tires because it was not aligned right in the first place . And they also refused to realign it correctly. Something that was done incorrectly by there techs ended up being the customer fault. Would never! Come back to the place not even for a flat tire.

While driving through Nebraska, I desperately needed new tires and would not have made it home to Illinois if it wasn’t for Blake and the entire team at Miller! Blake specifically answered my call and assured honesty, and the utmost compassion I’ve ever received from any auto repair shop. The turnaround time was also insane given a Friday and Memorial Day weekend. I am now on my way home and this car hasn’t driven this well in a long time! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I came In because my tires were in bad shape, and it’s been a known problem since I bought it.. but my drivers front tire wasn’t keeping air much less any of them and only planes to replace the 1 for now and go from there but John informed me they all just needed replaced and he offered me a killer deal! I will be back and will most definitely recommend them to friends and family !! Thank you guys, again!!
