On my McLeod the name was Americold Logistics. Appointment was for 1000. Arrived at 0200. Was allowed to back into dock right away and they were loading at 0600. Done at 0723. Once you see the green light, give the office a few minutes to complete paperwork. Hook air line back up, pull forward and shut doors. Then go into office. Once paperwork is ready and signed, staff will come outside and put your seal on. Shipping/Receiving kindly allowed me to park on their trailer lot to finish up mandatory 10. When you arrive after hours, push the large doorbell to the left of the shipping/receiving office door. Someone will open the door and check you in. Lots of room for set up and back up. A little bit of maneuvering around employee cars parked in front of docks but overall adequate space. Drivers are made to feel welcome here. There is popcorn, vending machines and a restroom in the office.

Five-star receiver! Delivery appointment for 4 pm Thursday, the driver arrived at 10 am, empty at 10:40 am. Thank you very much! If every company was like that!

Awesome as always! Super nice guard, he always goes the extra mile to keep me comfortable. Many places have you get out of the cab and check in but he always insists I stay inside where it's warm.The recieving office is friendly and efficient. I do enjoy delivering here.No overnight parking in thier lot but there are places along the road you can park. They are open 24/7 and plenty of space to maneuver.

The hours of service are incorrect it. They claim to be open 24 hours but they are not receiving staff is very rude places so disgusting don't know how they make food there

It's horrible! They changed the entire groove of the workplace. Workers are scheduled Mondays through saturdays. I can barely see my parents that both work there anymore. We can't enjoy nice dinners together anymore. Then on sunday, their only day off, they are in town buying groceries for the whole day. I sit alone to eat dinner every night. I am getting so depressed being alone all day and night. Im sick of how the only break they get, is near the end of their shift in an un-air conditioned 100 degree building. My parents come home sick, because of heat, the lack of water that work SHOULD provide, and the lack of a break room until the end of their shift. The workers and their families deserve better.
