The beginning of my experience was wonderful, I got a quote to repair damages for my vehicle and got in before my scheduled date due to a cancellation, the lady who scheduled me asked if there was any damage I had noticed additionally and I stated my window did not want to work. At time of pick up, I encountered an older lady, who I had to call once I left due to my window not being fixed. She then proceeded to ACT like my insurance and said “I don’t see how your bumper has to do with your window”, I stated to her I had told you guys about it when scheduling and confirmed the message was “lost” in a bunch of notes. She then told me she would have to talk to my insurance and give me a call back, about two days passed and I didn’t receive a call, so I called and the same lady picked up the call. she then proceeded to tell me the same thing again that was that She didn’t see how my front bumper had to do with my window. she was very rude throughout the calls, wouldn’t let me speak and kept arguing with me. I didn’t have an issue with my insurance covering anything but she was acting like she worked for state farm and not you guys or like if this was going to come out of her paycheck. I stated to her that she could just put the claim in and if it didn’t get covered I could find a different way to go about it. I did not appreciate her opinion in regards to anything when it wasn’t asked for cause as mentioned, she works for a repair shop, not my insurance claims department. I asked to not speak to her and she stated she would note that in. it’s been 3 days and I haven’t heard back once again. if not covered as they commented back and stated, I could gone with it and paid for it as I mentioned above and to the old lady as well. not fraud if I was willing to pay for it but like I said, she wasn’t wanting to let me talk. NOT RECOMMENDED.

They were super honest about the timeline that they could get my car in. Did quick and efficient work. He was super friendly and professional, and even offered to pick me up since it was my only car would definitely use them again they were a great recommendation from friends of mine.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the body shop. Our vehicle ended up getting totaled out by insurance Levanders told us the restocking fee for all the parts that they had ordered would be a couple hundred dollars ended up being over $500 and on top of that, they charged me sales tax For a restocking fee when there was no sale, I asked for an itemize list of all the parts that were restocked. Nobody wanted to give me that list until I called several more times. Finally, they gave me the list, and I reluctantly paid them. Not sure if they do good work, but their transparency is in adequate to say the least. Will not be using live vendors again. Would not recommend to anyone at least to the Grand Island location not very friendly or knowledgeable office staff.

They recently took care of the timing belt/water pump/ac fix on my Lexus GX. Throughout the whole experience, they did an amazing job of working with us, communicating, and went above and beyond consistently to even offer us our car back while waiting on part to come in more than once. They took great care of our vehicle and billed us fairly. They've got my recommendation and my business exclusively from this point on. Me and my wife are incredibly happy with everything they did for us and you would be putting your car in the hands of trustworthy people if you gave it to them to work on! My Lexus is running like a dream and with very little downtime.

Had my oil changed & they called me regarding a cabin air filter & panel air filter that needed changed…. I always appreciate that they call to get an ok for additional service needed to keep your car running good so there are no surprises on the bill. The employees are very nice & I feel they are honest about advice on your vehicle. Also thanks for the ride to pick upmy car after the service.Service: Oil change

So we took a vehicle there to get looked over and asked them to go over it all and let us know the things that needed fixed so we could decide whether or not to keep the car. They supposedly did that and told us 4 things that needed done with the total being around 1,200. So we decided to keep it and fix those things wrong. Then something else ended up going wrong a month later with the car so we took it back in and they say it’s going to be $380 so fine we get that fixed now too. Then couple more months pass by and her car is acting up again now they let us know it’s another few issues and that it will be another 1,200 which at this point we were over it and I tell them to please make sure if we pay this amount and get it fixed yet again that will be it. They call me to let me know that the transmission is also about to be done for….which is extremely frustrating because had we known all these extra issues were going to pop up we would not have kept the car. The manager acted as if he did not care and wouldn’t even give a discount knowing what had happened. My daughter needed her car so we decide to pay the 1,200 so we could at least get it out of there and try and trade it in at this point for a new vehicle. At the end of the day I asked them to do a job and they either didn’t take a good look the first time or jus wanted to keep making money off of us but I refuse to ever take another vehicle back in there after this happenend and the fact the manager didn’t even try to make the situation better is even worse. Horrible customer service! I would take ur car somewhere else and avoid Levanders at all cost!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Wish I could leave a -5 star rating. I was told yesterday by an employee that Her boss didn't have time to talk to me when I ask to speak to her boss. The reason I was having problems is I came in the 1st week of january to have my Van worked on after hitting a deer I brought the insurance adjuster's paperwork I asked that all parts be ordered right away so we knew if anything was back ordered it's my work vehicle and I can't be without it very long she said they didn't do that because they were worried about people going somewhere else to have worked on. I said I would pay for the parts right then write her a check and pay for the parts she said that didn't need to happen. She said my appointment was set for the 1st part of March I called yesterday February 13th and asked if my parts were in and if we were set for a date March 1st she said she was getting ready To order parts I again reminder Her that the parts were supposed to have been ordered the 1st week of January she hurriedly got me off the phone so I went in there the next day to talk to her face-to-face that's when she said the policy is not to order parts until 2 weeks before the appointment and that's what her boss said had to stay I said I was willing to pay for the parts and they should have been ordered I would like to talk to her boss that's when she said he didn't have time to talk to customers. As owning a business myself I would never want my employee saying I didn't have time to talk to any customer. My recommendation is never take anything to lavender's

I stopped in to have a turn signal bulb replaced along with checking on noise under the front of my car. I was able to get my car in after a short wait and my mechanic, Travis, took care of both issues in about 20 minutes. Good folks to work with and Travis is an outstanding mechanic for me.
