I was hesitant at first but my Hotspot with Verizon wasn't cutting it.
I came in and despite not having a local address yet, the employees, especially Demaris, went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out.
As a former customer service manager at a previous job in Texas, these good folk embodied what I would be looking for when hiring new employees and promoting from within to meet our customer service needs.
