Scott, Sam and Sherri are all great people, make you feel right at home and very welcome. Friendly and helpful. And “Gym” the dog always makes me smile!Great equipment and the newly remodeled sauna is very nice.

Definitely a place that I feel welcomed and the staff there care about the customers that they bring in. You can definitely tell that it’s family oriented and I highly recommend anyone to start their new health journey by coming to health Plex
