They were really busy at the gun counter, but this did not slow him down. He was juggling 3 customers at the same time as well as being very professional and respectful. He has great knowledge and helped me find something that exactly fit my needs. He also offered to go out of his way to make sure that I will receive a brand new one instead of the one in the show case.
