It used to be a great place until new leadership took over!! I will never back them again all they care about is making money now and they claim to be non profit!! It’s sad

The online auction shipping department is the WORST I've ever experienced. Purchased on Oct 31 and still NOT SHIPPED.Have sent multiple messages that reply shipping next day and 5 days later it's STILL NOT SHIPPED ?
