There's a note on the main entrance door that let's the public know due to staff shortages they'll be open during irregular hours... I've been trying to return a game for almost a week now. Not happy since it's a 30 minute drive one way.

I went in with my boyfriend and his sister. I was excited until I asked the worker there where the switch games are. He barely looked up from his phone and pointed right in front of him. Right then I wanted to leave the store, but I stuck around my boyfriend. A lil later I asked about a price on the pop it head things and he said they vary in price. Then I was like what's the price of this one (the one in my hand when asking the first time). He then took it but had to scrap off the Game Stop upc just to get to the barcode. Finally I got my price but I declined on principle that I hated his customer service.

Plenty of stuff to look at from games, consoles, CD / DVD, cassettes, etc. Deffinatelly worth a look.

I'm not much for the games but I sure love making my way to the back of the store in search of old random CD's from when music was good. It's a good place to kill an hour or so in the closest thing we have to a record store in GI.

I don’t like to make these. I work in retail and I get it. But I went in. After I called bout a game since I live out of town. Brought 2 games in for trade in. He didn’t even check the games to make sure they were good or even the right games. I get the game I want. Drive 30 mins. Game doesn’t even work. It’s gone downhill since Tony left. No point driving back to get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend the place. Prices are just like GameStop. And no customer service hardly. Beyond disappointing.

This place is as bad as GameStop, expect to get Pennies on the dollar for your items. I'll never do business here again. Robbery is what it is.
