I will never have my service done here again. I had my transmission fluid chengine.And the tech was eating dropping crumbs the whole time Not only that but when he was "pulling my dipstick out" he shook the whole vehicle multiple times enough to compress the suspension visibly. I wanted to know what he was pulling so hard on so I looked and that's when I found my engine grounding cable disconnected completely. I belive this was done intentionally the shop manager did fix the problem before I left but something shady was happening...

Worst customer service ever. Had warranty recall appts. They didn't have my part for the first appt, promised to have it for the 2nd appt. I live 130 miles away and they only do recall work during the week. So I took days off work, drove 2 hours each time and at 2nd appt, they told me they didn't have the part again. When I called a month ago and even last week to confirm, they said yes to having a part for my truck. They even sent me a text confirming my appt. Worst place to to have anything done. Sadly it makes me want to get rid of my honda now since this is the closest dealership to me for this type of work. Sad. Just sad and very disappointed. Giving one star is generous. Would give none if possible.

Dan was a good salesman, but I had an awful experience negotiating my trade in with Levi. After low balling my trade, he was rude to me the entire time we were negotiating. My first time not coming to a deal at any dealership I've purchased a car from.

My dad went in to buy a car there. No one inside wanted to help. Finally he got a hold of somebody and that person acted like he didn't wanna help. The trade in price was a joke so we ended up buying somewhere else.

I purchased a quality vehicle today at Cornhusker Honda. Not only did I get this great vehicle, but had the pleasure of having Michael Waters as my salesman. I’ve experienced many salesmen while purchasing vehicles over my lifetime, but honestly feel like Michael treated us the best of any of them. It would be hard to not buy my next vehicle from this dealership, but I’d follow Michael to wherever he sells vehicles just to experience again how I was treated today. THANK YOU Michael!!!!!!

Stopped in on my way home from a funeral to see if they had a few parts for our Honda Civic. Went to the parts counter and no one was there. Waited a few minutes and then asked the two guys that are sitting at the desk across from the parts counter if they are parts too and they tell me no they are service and that the parts guy is upstairs cutting key and will be back down shortly and they go back to doing nothing/playing on thier phones. Wait another 5 min and still no parts guy. Parts we needed arent really critical to us getting home, after awhile we didn't want to waste anymore time waiting for the mythical parts guy and we leave. It would have been nice if at least one of the bored service guys would have picked up a phone and called or paged the parts guy to let them know they had people waiting at the parts desk or even maybe said hello and acknowledged our existence when we came in. Guess they were too busy being bored to care. What a wasted trip 8 miles off the interstate. This dealership definitely could use some employee customer service training. I know it was 4pm on a Friday but could you maybe act like you care?
