“I'm a 56 year old woman. I stopped in to get a new battery taking the old one in two employees were standing out side the store one opened the door for me I thanked him and said this thing is heavy. After purchasing a new battery I waited for one of the 3 guys standing around doing nothing to offer to carry it out but nope they just watched me do it and a customer had to open the door for me going out. Wow chivalry really is dead.”

“These guys were very helpful. One day I stopped there, and my battery was low, the guys actually came out and gave me a quick push to jump my van[it is a stick!!]-- started me up so I coould get my lousy Walmart battery replaced [still under warranty or I'd have bought a new one there!!]”

I decided to stop at AutoZone and ask the gentleman inside if he could help me knowing I needed a new battery and installed if possible.
