Service was great when I bought my phone, once it was delivered I went in to get a new case and get my transfer done and they weren’t open/door was locked (6:38pm) no answer on the phone and nobody inside with lights still on. Very disappointed that I drove 45 mins just to turn around and go home.

Travis and Talya were really helpful and quick to assist me. Took care of me really well got me in and out. Also showed me alot of ways to save money on my account. Very friendly and knowledgable about what they have. Definately reccomend these guys and theyre service!

First I called the store because google had said it’s permanently closed, no one answered. My dad and I went to go check anyway and it was indeed open. The girl working did not greet us when we walked in, was on her phone, which I understand when you don’t have any customers around but we had to walk around for awhile to finally get some help even though no one else was in the store. We were asking about buying an iPhone upfront and were told we can’t. We were confused about how payments on the phone came to $130 for 23 months even though the phone retailed $799. We asked to speak to someone else or a manager because she was not explaining anything to us other than the price and she refused. I ended up getting my phone from Best Buy even though my carrier is AT&T, which is pretty frustrating to me. Would not recommend at all. Save your time.
