Great staff but price is way out of reach

I made an appointment online and my appointment was confirmed the next morning. I had a filling for a cavity fall out the day before and the cavity was causing me pain.I was under the impression that I could just pay cash/debit card for my visit and your services. I went thru the dental x-rays then the dental consultation. I'm told that I have periodontal disease and that my cavity needed a root canal. Your dentist recommended my tooth to be pulled, a partial made for my bottom teeth and a deep cleaning for my teeth every 3 months.Next stop the financial office.3k to do all the work.. ok I had $1200.00 today and would only need 30 days for the rest. Sure she says apply for this "credit" plan. Ok I qualify for said "credit" plan but they need a debit cars on file and $100.00 down. Ok I'm ready for that...Oh wait they don't accept my particular debit card, it's considered "pre-paid".Ok... let me call my fiance..Oh no he needs to apply for the credit and then we both need to sign...I just walked out. I won't return nor will I refer.

When my dad had to have work done, it was 5/5 stars, went above and beyond, now that my mom is needing work done we have gotten the run around every appointment. Out of 5 appointments the consultation both my parents went to there was no problems, they came up with a treatment plan and then set up the next appointment. The next appointment I took my mom and my 2 kids to Grand island (an hour and a half away) we got there on time and was told the dentist had to leave due to a child being sick at home no one called to tell us. The next appointment we couldn't go because it was a blizzard with the roads closed we called to postpone it and was met with frustration and hostility from the gal on the phone. Appointment #3 we actually were able to go and when we got there she had to switch up the treatment plan because the dentist was gone, yet again no call or anything from their office. Appointment #4 we were too tired to make the trip safely so we called to postpone it which was met with understanding from the gal on the phone. Appointment #5 was supposed to be yesterday but due to the blizzard and all roads closed we obviously couldn't make it. On top of that both mine and my parents phones weren't working due to the weather and there was no way to call until today. When we finally got through to someone the first girl put us on hold for a long time and the second girl who answered was condescending and very rude. She ended up hanging up on my mom without explaining why she couldn't reschedule her appointment. We called back right away and a different girl answered and tried to explain that we have missed or cancled too many appointments and she needs to call basically day by day to see if they can get her in. We tried to point out the dentists canceled 2 appointments and the weather cancled 2 so why are they holding those against her, and she said I don't know that's what we have on your file. She then went on to say that the note on file doesn't make any sense because we can't control the weather nor the dentists family/home lives and she would look into it. It's been an hour and a half since we started the process and frankly I am sick of it.

Very nice. I hadn’t gone to the dentist in awhile, and went in for a broken tooth, and didn’t feel criticized at all. Also very good at explaining what’s going on throughout the appointment, so you know what’s going on. They also help financially with loans from what’s leftover after insurance.

They did such a good job and were super informative. I expected to go in and immediately feel over whelmed but it was far from that the environment was so calm and not only that but the people there did a great job at making me feel welcomed and comfortable thank you so much I can finally feel a bit prouder of my teeth :)
