Mr. GARY (Salemen) and Carlos with Anderson Ford, help me with all my needs in a new truck and wants!
A young man drove the truck to get gas in it, I was allowed to ride with him.
He was so knowledgeable about the electronics of the navigation system and driver alert system. I felt very comfortable when Mr. Gary went over other things for me.
It took a few days to get everything together to close the deal.
I recommend Anderson Ford/Kia in Grand Island, NE, if you are ready for salesmen and finance folks to work for you.

Our sales guide, Sterling was wonderful. He was very personable and knowledgeable as well He spent alot of time explaining the features of the vehicle and also the deal. Carlos was also very helpful and worked hard to make "the deal" irresistible. We are now the proud owners of a 2024 Ford Ranger ?

Drove to GI twice to look at a Jeep Trailhawk. Purchased vehicle. Son and I headed back to Lincoln, get a call from salesman asking if we had all the floor mats in the Jeep. Turns out they “forgot” to put the drivers side and one of the back mats in the Jeep. We were about 40 minutes into our drive bask to Lincoln. Salesman said he would talk to his manager and get back to me. After one week, nothing. I expected them to make this right and get the mats to us. We should not be expected to drive back to GI to get mats they forgot to put into the Jeep. Ruined the experience for us.

Bought 2024 hybrid on 7-22-24, did all the financing over the phone before I made a 2 hour trip. Took over two hours to finalize things with a not one single other customer in sight. The sales lady dated the intransits 8-21-22, 2 years and one day off. Then a week later I received a phone call and they had a problem with my social not matching my name! Gotta be the most unorganized experience ever buying a vehicle from a dealer!

I called Anderson Ford to get a recall done on my truck. I was told on the phone that the repair had the possibly to take some time. O was also told that they only rent cars and do not have loaners. The paper in my hand clearly states that "your dealer is authorized to provide a rental vehicle for your personal transportation at no charge". I argued this point with the service personnel I spoke with. After getting nowhere I ended the phone call. It took me an hour or so to reach a management person to confirm that the first person is indeed wrong. Mr. Anderson, I'm so glad that yourself and all your employees are independently wealthy so that you need no new customers. This is a horrible economy to treat people like that.

My wife took her vehicle in for a warranty fix on one of the front driveshafts. Immediately after the repair, her front sensor starting acting up and would beep constantly while driving. For the prior two years of owning the vehicle the sensor never once had an issue. The manager and technician would not admit that the service they had just done the week prior was likely the cause and wanted to charge us for a full (expensive) repair. They pointed out a minor scuff on the front plastic fender guard and claimed that may have been the cause - the scuff had been there for several months. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here as they do not stand by their work and lack the integrity to admit any sort of wrong doing.
