I was having issues with a washer and dryer I purchased threw there they exchanged them out and found me an absolutely beautiful set with the features I wanted I love them there perfect. The new management is great worked with me and made sure I was happy I’m am thrilled about my new washer dryer set I love them

really the worst experience with this store, I bought a room set, the guys at the store said that I only paid for a delivery to outside my house, when I paid in cash and I was only told that the delivery was a certain amount, never They mentioned that it was even outside the house, I really believe that it is the worst of the services, and more because of the lack of education of the officials and vendors

They don’t even deserve the one star. Got a sectional with them when they came to deliver it the just measured the door way and said it’s not going to fit and tried to gives us something completely different than what we wanted. Told us to go in Wednesday to sign papers ( they were closed) went to get our down payment and they wouldn’t give it back said they did all they could to try and get it in. Went to premier rental and got a bigger sectional they got it in our house no problem they took off our doors and put them back for us. Go with Premier Rentals better service.

If I could leave a zero i would. They only came to measure our door and didn't even try to lift the couch through the door and wouldn't even give us our down payment back for a couch that didn't even make it in the house cause they were too lazy.. Premier rental did everything and spent time to actually get the couch through our door. We now have a beautiful couch thanks to Premier.

The ones bring out the refrigerator was very negligent in bringing it in they damaged my doors. And left part of the fridge off. Then we have called for several weeks being told a supervisor would call us back. He has yet to contact us...

I have used Aaron's in the past and have never had an issue with the staff as much as I have at this particular location. I ordered an item online and got an email asking for me to complete a survey about my delivery of said item a few days later. I thought the store may have had a mix up and delivered my item to the wrong customer but after contacting the store, I was told that my item had just gotten to the store and after they inspect the item for damages, they would call me to set up a delivery time. Later on that day, I got a call from another employee to set up a delivery time and I wasn't able to provide a time because I didnt know when someone would be home. I had to ask my roommate what time they would be home so I could schedule the delivery. When I called the next day, a completely different associate told me that my item hadnt even come in yet, that their truck wouldnt be in until 5 pm that day and IF it was on the truck, the earliest appointment time available was Monday of the next week(this was friday when this happened). I said whatever and hung up to wait for a call from them after the truck came in. I didnt get a call until this past thursday 8/29/19 from one of the managers apologizing for the mix up. For my inconvenience, he pushed my payment date back 2 weeks since I hadnt had my item yet. I told him that I couldnt give him an exact delivery time but to put me down for 11 am saturday 8/31/19 so that my item would be loaded on the delivery truck and when I knew for sure what time, I would call in and let them know. I end up having to work overnight out of town and by the time I learned this, it was too late for me to call and tell anyone at the store. Figured I would call in and let them know in the morning. I didnt get off work until 6 am, slept in my truck, and when I woke up at noon, I called the store to let them know. I was told that they wouldnt deliver the item because it would be unfair to the delivery driver to have to go out of town twice that day and that it wouldnt be until tuesday at the earliest before another delivery appointment could be scheduled. After this whole debacle, I told them to cancel the delivery and my contract for the item and when they open on tuesday, I'm calling in and having them arrange to come pick up my bedroom set that ive had for the last 2 months through them. Their customer service is horrible. Ill get my things elsewhere.

The general manager is a ____ I go there at 955 since they open at 10. But no one unlock the front door so I wait and I wait 20 min later my sis call me and ask if I going to Aarons because the general manager has call 4 times. I say ya I'm here and I'm waiting for them to open the door for me. The general manager unlock the door and I say why u call me 4 in 20 min because he didn't know if it was me in the parking lot. So he seen me waiting buy decide not unlock the door to the shop. But everyone else who works there is great.
