I bought a couch set was told it was gently used with in the first week it broke when we sent it back they were instructed to fix it or I didn’t want it back they returned it 2 weeks later in the same condition after we paid off the settlement on the couches it was not repaired and it is now the love seat is so bad that it is completely unusable I called and asked them to come to my house and fix it they refused I will never return to arona for anything again

Will never come to this place again. They charge way too much and they have the snarkiest attitudes I’ve ever seen, like you work at a rent to own let’s tone it down a bit.

Know someone that got stuff from them and they will file false charges to get people arrested and harass as well as use a personal cell phone during and after buisness hours and say they will set up a payment plan then still expect the stuff back as well as they will go to any cost to illegally get information about you and so much more

In my opinion this guy is the biggest liar I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. We got a bed from him and decided to get a bookcase frame as well which got ridiculously scratched up upon assembly at our house. The first offer was to take $100 off the entire thing which is outrageous, we were paying for a new one and I wanted a new one. After waiting months for it to arrive and him lying to my husband about when it would be delivered, he offered to pay $200 of ‘his own money’ to appease us towards our entire purchase and I said that was acceptable although if the new frame wasn’t there by the next week to come and take back the one they scratched up. Finally answering my phone call on the 4th attempt in a row I told him to come get the old one and send with them the paperwork showing it taken off, of course he didn’t. My husband had to go down to get the paperwork and for a final insult, he took back the ‘generous’ $200 appeasement offer. I’m not sure how he explained it to my husband so I won’t comment further on that but in my opinion, this guy is slimy as they come. What an absolutely HORRIBLE experience this guy has been for us.

When I say ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES...in brand new items...this is how it starts. You see one and you kill it well there is more. I was scheduled to get pest control to clean the furniture and my place because of it, but because I was late 3 days for unforseen issues arona hassled me like I was running from them. I've only run from one company...now there's 2. When you see them run. I'm speaking about the grand Island Nebraska office. they will say it's clean and it's brand new...it's clean but it's not big ridden. The location has many many roaches and bed bugs. If their on one most likely they are on all of the items there. And yes I'm posting mad while it's fresh because it's offensive to be lied to.

I was having issues with a washer and dryer I purchased threw there they exchanged them out and found me an absolutely beautiful set with the features I wanted I love them there perfect. The new management is great worked with me and made sure I was happy I’m am thrilled about my new washer dryer set I love them

really the worst experience with this store, I bought a room set, the guys at the store said that I only paid for a delivery to outside my house, when I paid in cash and I was only told that the delivery was a certain amount, never They mentioned that it was even outside the house, I really believe that it is the worst of the services, and more because of the lack of education of the officials and vendors

They don’t even deserve the one star. Got a sectional with them when they came to deliver it the just measured the door way and said it’s not going to fit and tried to gives us something completely different than what we wanted. Told us to go in Wednesday to sign papers ( they were closed) went to get our down payment and they wouldn’t give it back said they did all they could to try and get it in. Went to premier rental and got a bigger sectional they got it in our house no problem they took off our doors and put them back for us. Go with Premier Rentals better service.

If I could leave a zero i would. They only came to measure our door and didn't even try to lift the couch through the door and wouldn't even give us our down payment back for a couch that didn't even make it in the house cause they were too lazy.. Premier rental did everything and spent time to actually get the couch through our door. We now have a beautiful couch thanks to Premier.

The ones bring out the refrigerator was very negligent in bringing it in they damaged my doors. And left part of the fridge off. Then we have called for several weeks being told a supervisor would call us back. He has yet to contact us...
